LoadRunner components
LoadRunner has three main software packages: Virtual User Generator, testers call it as VuGen, and then Controller and the last one is Analysis. Apart from three main softwares, you will get other utilities, data processors, and load generators.
LoadRunner Protocols
LoadRunner supports umpteen protocols to help you in performance testing and monitoring. The commons ones are web, web services, java messaging service, remote desktop protocol, SAP, Siebel, SMTP, FTP etcetera.Â
