Spell Check in Excel workbook

Spell Check is an important and useful utility to correct spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. Pressing F7 key will perform spell check only in the active sheets. Then how to spell check in excel workbook, simply follow below steps.

  1. First step is to select all the sheets in the workbook. Use CTRL + SHIFT + PAGE UP / PAGE DOWN key to move around the sheets to select.
  2. Now, press F7 key to perform spell check on the selected sheets i.e. entire workbook
  3. To deselect the sheets that selected, perform Step 1 again.
