The price will be based as per your usage. But you will not get on-premise cloud generation. You need buy packs of Virtual Users Hours. Then, you can use it in the Neotys Cloud Platform.
1 VUH = 1 Virtual User + Cloud Load Generator for 1 Hour
If you want to run your tests with 1000 virtual users concurrency for 4 hours, then you need to purchase 1000 * 4 = 4000 VUHs. Protocols, Network Virtualization, Monitoring, CI plugins are included at no additional price.
