How do we calculate Defect Density and Is it caluclated in each SDLC phase?
I have seen many sites mentioning as No of Decects/Size. Can any one please respond to my query and give a valid answer as per standards. Thanks in Advance.

DD = Defect/unit size. It is calculated during testing phase.
