HP QTP License and End of Sale Announcement

HP QTP License and End of Sale Announcement: HPE had announced end of sale for older HP QTP license as well as HP Service Test and HP WinRunner upgrade licenses. Below are the detailed dates of the support.

• April 1, 2016 End of Sale (no longer orderable or available for purchase)

The end of support dates for these licenses relate to the end of support dates for HP Unified Functional Testing 12.0x, which were previously announced:

• March 31, 2018 End of Committed Support for HP Unified Functional Testing 12.0x
• March 31, 2020 End of Extended Support for HP Unified Functional Testing 12.0x
• March 31, 2024 End of Self-Help Support for HP Unified Functional Testing 12.0x

HP QTP license

• Quick Test Professionals tiered licenses are replaced by single QTP Concurrent User licenses
• Quick Test Professionals SAP R/3 license is replaced by single QTP Seat User license and SAP Solution Add-in Seat User license

HP Service Test upgrade licenses

• Based on the upgrade license that customers bought, support contracts will be updated to reflect the appropriate Service Test license.

HP WinRunner upgrade licenses

• Based on the upgrade license that customers bought, support contracts will be updated to reflect the appropriate Unified Functional Test license.
